Strategy for the Featured section — one of the highest-leverage profile real estate areas; helps the user choose 3-6 featured items (articles/posts/external links/media); orders them by what a first-time profile visitor most needs to see/believe; writes the descriptive captions for each featured item (these get cropped on mobile so the first 50 characters matter most); profession-agnostic with notes on what to feature per profession (e.g. case results for litigation/deal tombstones for transactional/certifications for bookkeeping)
